What is the SUF system and what is its purpose?

With SUF, you can download invoices from the e-invoice system or manually enter invoices into the system and store them electronically, with the ability to view the original invoice in PDF format. However, the SUF system is only available to users of public funds. SUF registration is possible on the state platform.

What is SUF?

  • SUF is a web platform that allows the receipt of e-invoices or manual entry of invoices if the invoice is delivered in paper form.
  • Through SUF registration, you can save, confirm, search, and prepare for sending only incoming invoices received from suppliers.

SUF allows manual entry of invoices into the e-invoicing system and downloading invoices. It also allows you to store invoices electronically with the option to view the original invoice in PDF format.

SUF is a system located in the State Information Center. It offers the most advanced options for managing invoices, confirming, reviewing, and automatically booking incoming invoices. It also gives users of public funds the option to create countless unique user accounts with different access levels.

The Electronic Invoicing System SEF is an information technology solution managed by the central information intermediary through which electronic invoices are sent, received, registered, processed, and stored.

The e-invoice system SEF is intended for all subjects of the public sector, private sector subjects, and voluntary users, including flat-rate taxpayers, agricultural households, and individuals.

  • How do you register in SUF?

A demo version of SUF is available, which means that SUF registration is possible using a username and password. Registration will later be possible in two different ways:

  • With a qualified electronic certificate
  • With two-factor authentication
  • How do we enter invoices into SUF?

Invoices in SUF can be entered manually, i.e., by typing and attaching a scanned original invoice. Another way is to automatically upload invoices to SUF through the E-invoice portal (SEF).

  • Does SUF connect to the electronic invoicing platform?

The e-invoice system is a portal that, according to the Electronic Invoicing Law, will have to be used by both the public and private sectors. SUF is only available to users of public funds.
